Join Wild Hearts Yoga in our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Worcester, MA
Starting Oct 2025
This training is more than learning to teach;
it’s a path of awakening, transformation, and freedom.
At Wild Hearts Yoga School in Worcester MA, we believe yoga teacher training should be more than just learning how to teach - it should be a journey inward. Our 200-hour program is registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT 200) and provides a foundational understanding of yoga, including history, philosophy, asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and basic anatomy. But beyond that, it’s an opportunity to uncover your potential, and experience the fullest bloom of life. This program is a deep dive inward - liberating from limiting beliefs and recovering your true self.
This program is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and courageous self-inquiry. We’re here to help you break free from limiting beliefs and reconnect with your own innate strength and intuition. Yoga is a catalyst for profound personal growth and positive change - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
You’ll learn how to sequence safe and inclusive classes, adapt postures for different bodies and needs, and teach with confidence and authenticity. You’ll also explore techniques to energize or calm the body and mind, and cultivate greater awareness of how the breath shapes your experience—on the mat and beyond.
We also include a 15-hour Foundations of Ayurveda module. Ayurveda, the “Science of Life,” is an ancient Indian system of medicine that offers a holistic approach to health and wellbeing - emphasizing the deep interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to deepen your personal practice, we invite you to join us for a journey of growth, discovery, and transformation.
Come be wild and free.

Doreen is an E-RYT500 certified yoga teacher, studying yogic traditions such as vinyasa, kundalini, hatha, yin, restorative and ayurvedic principles.
She received her RYT 200 in 2017 in vinyasa yoga at Hot Power Yoga Center in Worcester MA and completed RYT300 from the Kripalu School of Yoga in 2019. While studying at Kripalu, she became fascinated by the science of Ayurvedic principles and went on to study at the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and received her certification as an Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher in 2022.
In 2022, she met master teacher Tommy Rosen at Kripalu and began studying Kundalini yoga under his guidance. This journey took her to India in 2023 to deep dive into the origins of Yoga and discover the heart of these ancient practices and teachings.
Doreen became a reiki master in 2022 and will often incorporate healing modalities into her teachings. In 2024, she returned to a foundational training under Shawn Shaw at MetroWest Yoga, and completed a second 200RYT.
She teaches weekly classes in Worcester, MA and seasonal classes and workshops on Cape Cod. Her classes are often explorative and playful, leaving inner peace and expanded self-awareness.
Her goal is to lead students through immersive and transformational experiences, that can bring a level of expansion and personal power. Her classes are a powerful mix of asana, breath and meditation.
All the yogic traditions remind us that we are infused with an incredible life force. What prevents us from experiencing ourselves is conditioned behaviors. The practice of Yoga brings us back to our true brilliance and joy.
Having a lifelong belief of living on purpose and in service, she is involved in yoga informed recovery to lead people suffering addiction to a path of yoga, meditation, and healthy lifestyle.
Doreen has led local and international retreats, workshops and private lessons and has been a guest teacher at Wild Hearts Yoga School, Scituate since 2021.

Ellery is an RYT 200 certified yoga teacher who has been dedicated to the path of yoga for over 15 years. She is currently completing her 300-hour advanced teacher training with master teachers Theresa Murphy and Cindy Boulter and will hold her RYT 500 designation in August 2025.
Her yoga journey began in 2013 with a month-long immersion at It’s Yoga Puerto Rico, a Rocket Ashtanga studio led by David Kyle. Over time, she developed a strong foundation in Vinyasa practices before deepening into the subtler layers of Kripalu Yoga, exploring the breath as a gateway to presence, the subtle body as a field of sensation, and meditation as a way of reconnecting with aliveness.
Ellery completed her RYT 200 at the Kripalu School of Yoga in 2023 and has also studied Yin Yoga with Theresa Murphy and Prenatal Yoga at the Yoga Education Institute. She teaches a variety of classes and styles including; Kripalu, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Gentle, Restorative, Yin, Myofascial Release, and Prenatal Yoga. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga meets you exactly where you are (physically, emotionally, and spiritually) and that the practice becomes most powerful when one feels safe to listen inward and trust their own wisdom.
Ellery’s goal is to guide students toward deeper self-awareness, connection, and wholeness. She is honored to share this ancient path, walking alongside others as they uncover their own power, insight, and unique expression.
She teaches weekly at River & Stone Yoga in Worcester, Release Well-Being Center in Westborough, and the Greendale YMCA.
